It is officially the end of canning season. The shelf is full, and I’m not opening any jars until the middle of November (this is just my own rule and is totally arbitrary, but I do it every year).
Here’s a little video tour of the shelf this year - just ignore the shelves bowing under the weight of the jars… they’re fine, toooootally fine.
Now that the shelves are stocked, it’s time to get deep into some fall baking!
